MOQ, availability and lead time
Minimum order quantity is confirmed after we review the flesh color, specification, carton format, requested volume and destination. Packing lead time depends on available fruit, packing requirements and any destination-related preparation. The dispatch window also depends on the agreed flight or vessel schedule.
Air and sea shipment enquiries
Provide the destination airport or port, preferred shipment method and required arrival window. Air-freight and refrigerated sea-freight options are assessed against the lot, packing, total transit time and import requirements before commitment. A requested route is not an automatic shipment confirmation.
For a sea-freight quotation, state your requested named port and trade term, such as FOB or CIF. For air freight, provide the airport and request the applicable air-shipment terms in the quotation.
Payment terms for new buyers
For sea shipments under our agreed B/L-based payment policy:
- 50% deposit by T/T upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 50% is payable by T/T after the buyer receives a copy of the Bill of Lading and the agreed export documents.
- Original Bills of Lading, Telex Release instructions or other cargo-release documents will not be released or authorized until full payment has been received and cleared.
- A video call or live product review may be requested before balance payment, subject to the order stage and arrangements agreed for that shipment. It does not replace physical inspection, independent inspection or laboratory testing.
Air-freight payment timing is specified separately in the quotation; the sea-freight B/L payment trigger does not apply automatically. Alternative terms for repeat buyers with an established transaction history may be considered case by case.
