The original Bill of Lading, Telex Release or other cargo-control documents will not be released until full payment has been received and cleared.
A video call or live product review may be requested before paying the remaining balance, subject to the order context and arrangements. It does not replace physical inspection, independent inspection or laboratory testing.
Alternative terms may be considered case by case for repeat buyers with an established transaction history.
